Fee Schedule

If you are not eligible for Medicare you will be required to pay for the cost of your care.

A patient who is ineligible for Medicare is someone who:

  • does not hold a valid Medicare Card
  • is not an asylum seeker
  • is not a visitor from a country who has a reciprocal healthcare agreement with Australia.

  • $645 per attendance

Outpatients

  • $450 per attendance
  • $125 subsequent attendance same day – on site

Outpatients Telehealth

  • $290 video consultation
  • $80 subsequent video consultation
  • $172 phone consultation
  • $48 subsequent phone consultation

Interpreting service

  • Included in bed and outpatient fee

Medical

  • Same day: $1,773
  • Overnight: $2,276 per night

Maternity

  • Same day: $1,840
  • Overnight: $3,315 per night

Gynaecology/Surgery

  • Same day: $1,840
  • Overnight: $2,990 per night

Surgical

Psychological services

  • Same day: $1,773

Palliative Care

  • Overnight: $1,725 per night

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

  • $6,070 per night

High Dependency Unit

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

  • $4,300 per night

Special Care Nursery (SCN)

  • $2,690 per night

Management of labour and birth

  • 100% of the Medicare Benefits Schedule item’s number fee

Health Independence Program attendance

Medical services including anaesthetics, Doctor consults, pathology for inpatients and outpatients
