Chapels and churches

Locations:
Mercy Hospital for Women welcomes all people and respects individual personal, spiritual or religious beliefs. We offer a multi-faith chapel and a Catholic chapel for meditation, prayer, peace and rest.

Our multi-faith chapel is located on Level 2 and is open 24 hours a day for all staff, patients, families, carers and friends. Everyone is welcome to use the chapel for personal meditation, prayer or as a place for peaceful reflection and rest. Groups may use the chapel in consultation with the pastoral care manager.

There is also a small dedicated Catholic chapel with the presence of the Blessed Sacrament alongside the multi-faith chapel.

In addition, there is an ablution room at the entrance of the multi-faith chapel for people who wish to wash before prayer.
