What to expect on the day
Mercy Hospital for Women is a tertiary hospital, which means we often see patients with very complex needs.
We have a level of high demand for the types of care we provide, so it is often difficult to predict how long you may need to wait to see the doctor when you visit.
We are working to reduce our waiting times, but at this stage we need to inform you that you may wait up to two hours before you see the doctor.
