Today is a day of extreme heat with temperatures forecast to reach a high of 39 degrees.

There are a number of things you can do to  stay safe during times of extreme heat.

You can:

  • drink plenty of water
  • never leave anyone in a car
  • stay somewhere cool
  • plan ahead
  • check in on others
